Meatballs with Toasted Bread
You can prepare delicious and easy sandwiches with meatballs. You need:
- Half a pound of minced meat;
- 6 potatoes;
- One big onion and some bacon;
- You can add mushrooms or your favorite spices.
Make 4 meatballs of mince. Cut the potatoes and onions. In aluminum foil, put a meat sauce and ¼ of the other products. Salt, pepper or other of your favorite spices. Wrap well and put in the oven.
Bake for about 15 minutes, then turn and bake for 15 more minutes. It may take longer, so check periodically. Take a few slices of bread and put them on charcoal from the fire and bake both sides.
Put the finished meatball on toasted bread – your camping sandwich is ready.
Yummy Potatoes with Onions
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- One big onion;
- Some slices of bacon or few drops of olive oil.
Cut the potatoes and the onion. Place two or three slices of bacon on the aluminum foil. Place the potatoes on top and a row of onions. Spray with olive oil and place the remaining slices of bacon as the top layer.
Close the foil nicely. Bake for about 20, 25 minutes. Turn over and take a few more minutes. Your simple, easy-to-make dish is ready!
Boiled Eggs with Cheese and Tomatoes
You can easily prepare delicious eggs with yellow cheese and tomatoes. For one serving you’ll need:
- Two eggs;
- A little bit of cheese;
- A bacon slice (yes – we love bacon!);
- And finally, some fresh tomatoes.
A nylon pouch is used for the freezer storage. The two eggs are broken into a bag that is placed in a water tank with boiling water.
Cook for 10, 12 minutes. On the boiled eggs, put a slice of yellow cheese, a bacon slice and a few tomatoes. Leave them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. And that’s it, your meal is ready.
Tasty Red Onions Recipe
This meal is very simple to make. The necessary products for one serving are
- An onion;
- Black pepper;
- Butter or olive oil – can add bacon too.
Peel the onion. Remove the core and sprinkle with pepper. In the center, place a large lump of oil. Wrap with aluminum foil and grill. This way the baked onions will become juicy and delicious.
French Fries in the Outdoors

What you’ll need is:
- Salt and pepper to taste;
- A spoon of grated parmesan or yellow cheese;
- Margarine and pieces of bacon or ham.
Cut the potatoes and place them on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Season with salt, pepper and grated cheese. Add a few margarine lumps. Stir well. Close the foil by leaving a steam hole. Bake on a grill or for 30-45 minutes.
